As for Marriage and being single for some time, this could be because of several reasons;

some are that, some people are arrogant, a good suitable proposal comes and they reject it. and then complain they are single.

Or they are chasing the wrong person for marriage.

or they put themselves up high, only interested in very ridiculous proposals from people, mostly based on money and only looks.

Deen is not a factor at all or comes in last.

So, first be realistic, find someone suitable, and look at Deen first regardless of their jobs or status and calm your Nafs down.

If you happen to be very pretty or very handsome, then still look for someone that looks at the beauty of Islam first.

learn to use Istakhara, if you cannot make up, your mind.

Learn to use only max of 3 to 40 days of talking and meeting someone, for after waswas can happen and you'll confused.
