Islamic food is based on a Quranic Diet, that Diet is Tayyib! Not but just Halal.


As Processed Food is Marku, so is Fast Food Marku and worse. So is Junk food and all fried food. As neither are Halal (Tayyib). 

Tayyib is Wholesome Food. The Term is used in the Quran.

But not many study Tibbun Nabi or understand it today as food is mainly Processed today.

That is why so many are sick, their bodies are sick, they are weak, they have many diseases or conditions. Because we have forgotten the Qur'anic Application of Tayyib in our Diet.  

Islamic food is based on a Quranic Diet, that Diet is Tayyib! Not but just Halal. Until we need to learn what Halal Tayyib is in it's application, otherwise we are only making ourselves very sick and going against what the Quran says to eat.

We learn one word Halal, all of this is in the Sunnah. 

But No one really teaches the Tayyib and its meaning and application. The Quan Says (Halal Tayyib Permissible Wholesole Food)

Look Islam is all about Hygiene, Health and Safety Rules and applying these rules to yourself and others, simply. 

(Tahara is Hygiene; 'Afiya is well being or Health; Salaam is peace or safety) and (Shifa-Healing)

Islam is Hygiene, Health and Safety Rules and applying these rules to yourself and others, simply! 

(Tahara being clean is Hygiene; 'Afiya is well-being or Healthy; Salaam is peace or Safety.

Half your Iman-Faith is being in a clean state and that is learning of rules of istanja and Wudhu, Ghusl-bathing and sunnah to wash hands before and after eating. 

'Afiya well being or Staying Healthly is eating Halalun Tayyibun food not just Halal but Wholesome-Tayyib food and learning to sit and chew and the sunnah practices which are Health rules. 

Salaam or Peace or Safety rules is seeing an object in the road and moving it, in case others may get injured, not pointing knifes in peoples faces which is a Sunnah not over loading a camel or any other safety aspect. 

This is Islam, its rules are an education system to safeguard yourself and humanity from Disease Control, Injury from the threats of Shaytan.

 Dumb people and Madness of the Nafs-Ego and having a happy Healthy Lifestyle the last being very important otherwise you'll pay heavily with sicknesses.
